What common conditions can the Nonagon devices help a physician diagnose?

The Nonagon devices can help a physician diagnose and treat many common conditions, including ear infections, sore throats, fever, cold and flu, bronchitis, upper respiratory conditions, abdominal conditions, skin conditions, bug bites, and allergies.

What are the age requirements for use?

The Nonagon Care Kit can be used on patients age 6 months and up, and operated by adults age 18 and up. The thermometer can be used on patients age 2 and up.

What does the Nonagon Care kit include?

The Nonagon care kit includes the N9+ device, a mobile app (iOS & Android), a wireless otoscope, 3 reusable adult specula, 3 reusable toddlers specula, a tongue depressor, a USB type-C charging cable, two AAA batteries, and a carrying case.

What do I need to know to use the Nonagon Care kit?

You will need a smartphone and basic familiarity with apps and how they are used. Your kit includes a user manual to guide you through the initial setup. Instructions and tutorials for performing each exam can be found on our app and website. During live sessions, you can ask for more tips from your physician about best practices for using your Nonagon devices.

How do I connect to the Nonagon Care kit?

It’s simple. The N9+ device pairs with your smartphone via Bluetooth, and the otoscope connects via its wireless network. Sending exams and meeting your physician for a live session can be done via wireless or cellular networks.

Are the Nonagon devices and app FDA cleared?

Yes.

How is my data secured?

Nonagon puts the patient’s peace of mind first and adheres to strict privacy policies. All your personal information, examination results, and doctor’s correspondence are encrypted and stored in our HIPAA-compliant cloud-based system. Access to your health information is restricted and can only be shared at your discretion.

How do I know if my smartphone is compatible with the Nonagon System?

The Nonagon System works with the following:
iPhone 8 and above running IOS 11.0 and above with a minimum of 2GB RAM
Android 8.1 and above with a minimum of 4GB RAM

If I don’t renew my Nonagon service plan after it’s complete, do I have to return the Nonagon Care Kit?

No. Once you complete your service plan term, the Nonagon Care Kit is yours to keep.

Can I use my health insurance plan to purchase Nonagon products?

Nonagon device(s) purchases are eligible for insurance reimbursement or payment using available FSA or HSA funds.

Can I purchase replacements for the Nonagon Care Kit accessories?

Yes, all accessories are available in our shop.
